Seerah al-Tayyibah as a Source of Qur’anic Interpretation: A Research Study

Abstract

Islam chooses a path from Allah that makes it a leader in both religion and world. It is necessary that we try to understand and explain this religion with open eyes, wide minds and enlightened hearts and follow it. For this, the topic given for this paper is very important in the eyes of every conscious Muslim. The need and importance of understanding and explaining the Qur'an for the survival and safety of the Muslim Ummah is greater than before. The interpretation and explanation of the Qur'an is the official duty of the Prophet. He (PBUH) has a universal message in his biography and our message is to receive, understand, act and spread this message throughout the world. And to understand the full meaning, it is necessary to refer to the biography of the Prophet. Tafseer of Holy Qur'an, Tafseer Bal-Masoour and Tafseer Bal-Raey, will be declared valid only if they are done in the light of the Siraat-e-Taiba. If the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is not taken into account in the interpretation of the verses, then the correct and complete meaning of the verses cannot be obtained.
