Kant Principle of Publicity and Governance Transparency in the Age of Algorithm Rule

Abstract

This article as entitled with the ideas of modern innovations and with new trends like artificial intelligence and new variants of governance which are aligned with algorithm ideas, which put question about the political system of modern day. Because as these trends have emerged and shaped the way of governance and also do ask question that is this way of governance base on justice instead of these disparities and perception changing innovative things in society. So in society of this modern world base on unintended trends and influenced by algorithm and AI knowledge. The work of Kant philosophy as principle of publicity that ask actions of political leaders and system are compulsory to be on the side of justice and virtue. This study and research provides the several way of analysis of Kant philosophy in realm of politics and in modern day era and also put the ideas that is algorithm and artificial intelligence give best choices or provide the up against points?

Philosophy of Kant which gives the extraordinary ideas and provide several way to govern society he as a philosopher refers that if a state makes a law which is not well defined and without purpose so that, law is not a law which is made for society. In new era of this contemporary world as thinkers and inventors are coming up with new trends and innovations so the modern day political decision making is very difficult and to some extent have the biasness of leaders. These trends do raise question about legality of governance and its transparency because these trends provide invisible policies and decisions to decision makers. This article also analyzed the modern day politics in which decisions are much difficult to convey and to be announced.

This research also investigates that which aspects of algorithm do not align with the ideas and compulsory acquired things in Kant philosophy. As one of his famous work which was written in 1795 as perpetual peace theory, which also collectively pave ways for modern day politics and provide way on transparent system of  governance and engage these ideas in new systems. For the sake of this we have analyzed multiple political systems of many countries like Estonia in which there is best example of e-governance and in USA in which we have analyzed the structure of COMPAS and another example from south asia as from china which is to be seen in social credit system.

This study is conducted through multiple methods as comparative model and as interviews are conducted and some case are also analyzed to collect data for this. In modern day era, algorithm type governance which is totally fail to grasp the ideas from enlightenment thinkers as from publicity  ideas which base on moral and virtue values are totally neglected from modern day politics because there is much gap between ideas and they do not have model and values like moral and ethical law based.  For this Kant philosophy provides best framework to deal with these disparities and also let us to think about for the adaptation of enlightenment practical theory in contemporary world.
