Abstract

The meaning of a miracle is something that goes against the ordinary laws of nature. Miracles are mentioned in all religions to some extent. They are presented as evidence for the Prophets. However, some thinkers deny them, considering them to be contrary to reason and inconsistent with the principles of nature. In the context of miracles, this contradictory view is also found among Indian theologians. Therefore, below we will discuss the views of prominent Indian theologians, including Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Shibli Naumani, Idris Kandhlawi, and Shabbir Ahmad Usmani, on the subject of miracles۔
