Abstract
People use strategic behavior for speaking in ways that help them start and control their part of the discussion until they finish.People apply communication strategies to control how and when they start and end their speaking parts to reach their conversation aims. With the Through the application of the cooperative principle along with CA methods, this study aims to analyze the dynamics of turn management interactions. The research focuses on examining the interaction methods applied by retail businesses and customers.
